Playtime Swing Sets Warranty
This swing set is made of #1 grade southern yellow pine, pressure treated to resist insect and water decay then redried after treatment. The swing sets are molded to a precise dimension, cut to length, stained, drilled and made ready for assemble. All hardware is plated with yellow zinc dichromate for longevity, and the fastening system eliminates exposed threads.
Easy to follow assembly instructions and a complete hardware package are included with each swing set, and as mentioned above, all merchandise has the 15 year warranty to the original purchaser.
Subject to normal use, Playtime Swing Sets warrants to the original purchaser that all products be free from workmanship defects for a period of one year from the date of original purchase. The lumber in Basic Pine sets is covered by a 10 year warranty. All warranties are to the original owner and cover against wood rot and insect damage. Within a 30-day period Playtime Swing Sets will repair or replace defective merchandise free of charge, provided that the defective part be returned for inspection, freight collect. Playtime Swing Sets will return the part freight prepaid. After the 30-day period, return the defective part freight prepaid and will ship it back to you freight collect. The place of original purchase must be contacted for authorization to return the defective part. No merchandise will be accepted without prior written approval from Playtime Swing Sets to the place
of original purchase, which will contain an authorization number. All returns must be accompanied by a dated proof of purchase.
It is the customer's responsibility to perform regular inspections and maintenance to ensure that the product is not prematurely aging. These inspections should include an evaluation of the stained finish, all ropes, chains, hardware and wooden components. A complete listing of replacement parts is available through your dealer.
This Limited Warranty does not cover the labor or cost of labor for replacement of the defective item; the cost of freight after the initial 30-day period; any incidental or consequential damages, cosmetic defects who do not affect the structural integrity of the unit; items damaged due to vandalism, acts of God, improper usage, improper installation or other abnormal conditions. Seasonal checks and surface cracks are natural characteristics of all outdoor wooden play equipment, and are not considered defects nor covered under this warranty. Playtime Swing Sets cannot assume any responsibility for modification to, or accessories added to these products, other than those sold by Playtime Swing Sets.
This warranty covers residential installations and is not designed for commercial applications. This warranty gives you specific legal rights which vary from state to state. This warranty excludes all consequential damages. Some states do not allow the limitation or exclusion of consequential damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you.

THE CAMBRIDGE SWING SET is our most rugged swing set. The Top Ladder extension has a patented bracketing system that eliminates any movement while everyone is swinging on the two sling swings and two passenger glider at the same time. All of the corner posts on the tower and the “A” frame on the swing extension are 4 by 4 construction; the “swing beam” is an even larger timber being 4 by 6. The overall dimensions of the tower are nearly 4 feet by 7 feet which gives the children 28 square feet of fun and game play space on the 5 foot high play platform in the tower.
The tower is loaded with features: the access ladder is constructed with flat wooden steps and comes with access ladder rails. We added a solid rock wall with a knotted rope to assist in their ascent onto the tower from the back side of the gym. The unit has a wooden roof, lunch counter, 10 foot structural foam slide, play walls around the built in sandbox on the lower level. We have even added an extension off the end of the tower for a ring trapeze swing.

THE CAMBRIDGE SWING SET is our most rugged swing set. The swing extension has a patented bracketing system that eliminates any movement while everyone is swinging on the two sling swings and two passenger glider at the same time. All of the corner posts on the tower and the “A” frame on the swing extension are 4 by 4 construction; the “swing beam” is an even larger timber being 4 by 6. The overall dimensions of the tower are nearly 4 feet by 7 feet which gives the children 28 square feet of fun and game play space on the 5 foot high play platform in the tower.
The tower is loaded with features: the access ladder is constructed with flat wooden steps and comes with access ladder rails. We added a solid rock wall with a knotted rope to assist in their ascent onto the tower from the back side of the gym. The unit has a wooden roof, lunch counter, 10 foot structural foam slide, play walls around the built in sandbox on the lower level. We have even added an extension off the end of the tower for a ring trapeze swing.

The lumber is preserved with a non toxic chemical called ACQ and goes through an 8 step manufacturing and inspection process before it is packaged in our own factory in Emporia, Virginia. All of the components have been laboratory and/or field tested for strength, durability, UV color fastness and corrosion resistance.
