Only a screw-driver (for some) and white glue are required and simple, step by step instructions are included. The finishing is even done for you. Exteriors are painted, roofing and floors are installed and finished, wallpapers (may vary) are applies and windows, moldings, doors and shutters are hung. Finishing touches vary, so take a look at the pictures, because what you see is what you get! Landscaping, furniture and dolls are not included.
