TimberTots Technique
Constructed with hand selected Western Red Cedar or A.C.Q. treated Red Pine 4" x 4" & 2" x 6" timbers, unsurpassed for optimum durability and strength in any climate. All metal hardware, recessed and capped to prevent clothing from being caught, and little hands and fingers from being scratched or cut. All of our slides are rotationally molded, 100% high density polyethylene, UV blocked and stabilized to remain true in any temperature, and won't burn the skin on those hot summer days.
The rope net climber is hand-crafted using 5/8" three strand twisted polypropylene rope for premium softness and quality; all splices are whipped using 3 mm twine, assuring that they will never come apart. The roof is also hand-crafted using an 18 oz. reinforced vinyl; the heaviest on the market, truly standing its ground during the strongest of winds. Soft polymer swing seats suspended with 3/16" galvanized chain, to allow adults to swing as well.
All of the components in our play systems are assembled using only bolts and screws, eliminating protruding nail heads due to wood shrinkage, and allowing the equipment to easily be taken apart should the need arise.Some of our clients have been transferred as far away as England, China and Japan, and all have chosen to take their play systems with them on the journey. We consider this a great compliment, attainable only through the dedication, and attention given to every detail in producing our equipment.

Play System Features & Specifications
All play systems are manufactured using premium quality timbers. Each model is available in Western Red Cedar or A.C.Q. treated Red Pine and feature:
Solid, 4 x 4, bolt through construction, coupled with diagonal & 2 part compression braces at key points for added durability.
No Protruding hardware; all bolt threads and lock nuts are countersunk and capped, eliminating painful cuts and scrapes.
Play decks are constructed with full 2 x 6 decking material for superior strength, fastened with epoxy coated screws, eliminating exposed nail heads caused by the normal expansion and contraction of dimensionally milled lumber.
Reinforced vinyl roof; will not tear, blow away, or come loose at the corners.
Rope Net Climber is hand crafted using 5/8" three strand polypropylene rope for premium softness and durability. Yellow color retracts harmful UV rays that can cause dry rot damage.
High density, 100% polyethylene slides, UV blocked and stabilized, guaranteed not to crack or break, and covered by a lifetime warranty.
Galvanized passing link swing chains, suspended on nylon bushing hangers and quick links for easy adjustment. No pinching, won't rust; individual links have been tested to hold in excess of 1000 lbs.
Soft polymer swing seats with reinforced connection ends and heavy 5/16" S-hooks. Won't break down and fail over time with constant UV exposure like similar soft rubber products.
Completely free standing. Each play system weighs in excess of 500 lbs, no holes to dig or concrete footings required. Easy to move & take along should the need arise.
All play structures, components & accessories are engineered & manufactured to meet or exceed current ASTM safety guidelines for residential playground equipment. Play systems are designed for regular use by the whole family, including teens and adults. Lots of friends, special occasion large birthday parties, and Mom & Dad are always welcome in the TimberTotsTM Clubhouse.

Selecting properly designed, well built playground equipment can be an overwhelming task with so many designs to choose from. As parents, we want to be sure we are providing our children with with the safest play environment possible; not only inside the home with the toys we choose, but outside of the home as well; with physical activity that provides well balanced exercise, social & motor skills, emotional ability, creative imagination and confidence. When selecting a play system for our children when they are under 5 or 6 years of age, there are lots of adequate designs to choose from.
