Woodlawn Playcenters Maintenance

To keep your wooden swing set looking new for years to come, stain every 1 - 2 years with another coat of our nutmeg stain, or apply a clear waterproof protection like Woodlawn Safe Seal to prevent water penetration.

Check all nuts and bolts periodically during the regular-usage season and tighten as required.

Check swing elements monthly for wear and replace if necessary.

To avoid scrapes, screws should be checked annually for any loosening or exposure.

Periodically check for rough spots or sharp edges on wood parts that may need to be sanded down due to wear and usage.

Add sand or bark to any worn or low areas beneath your Woodlawn Playcenter swing set.

In the unlikely event your swing set wobbles, check bolts and screws for missing/loose parts.

If the temperature drops to, or below, 32"° Fahrenheit, remove swings and canopy and store when not in use to prolong the life.
