 Woodlawn Playcenters Warranty - Because we have put so much time, thought and effort into choosing the components of your Woodlawn Playcenter swing set, we cover our wooden swing sets with the following warranties:
a Lifetime warranty against rot and decay on all non-moving wood parts,
a Lifetime warranty on Woodlawn's thermoformed slides, and
a Ten-year warranty on Accessories.

Limited Lifetime Warranty
Woodlawn warrants ALL WOOD PARTS (non-moving) against rot and fungal decay which impair the structural integrity of that product for a LIFETIME PERIOD from date of purchase to the original owner with proof of purchase or warranty registration. Due to the natural characteristics of lumber, warping, weather checking and surface cracks are not covered under this warranty. All components covered under this warranty will be replaced free of charge and returned to the customer freight collect. If you are dealing directly with a local servicing dealer, all labor cost, travel expense, and other charges involved in the installation or replacement of the parts will be the purchasers responsibility
Woodlawn warrants THERMOFORMED SLIDES against manufacturing defects and breakage of that product for a LIFETIME PERIOD from date of purchase to the original owner with proof of purchase or warranty registration. Should a dealer substitute a non-Woodlawn slide on a consumer's model, the consumer should check with their dealer for warranty information with regard to that slide. Woodlawn provides no warranty on other manufacturers slides attached to our playcenters.
Limited Warranties
The manufacturer further warrants its ACCESSORY PRODUCTS against manufacturing defects for a period of TEN YEARS to the original owner with proof of purchase. All products covered under this limited ten-year warranty will be repaired or replaced, at Woodlawn's option, and returned to the customer freight pre-paid. Any service work that must be performed on-site does not qualify under the warranty and will be billed directly to the purchaser from the servicing dealer.
The manufacturer further warrants PLASTIC INJECTED MOLDED SLIDES, TELESCOPES, STEERING WHEELS, LADDER SLIDE ADAPTERS and GRAB HANDLES against manufacturing defects and breakage of that product for a period of ONE YEAR from date of purchase to the original owner with proof of purchase or warranty registration. Should a dealer substitute a non-Woodlawn slide on a consumer's model, the consumer should check with their dealer for warranty information with regard to that slide. Woodlawn will provide no warranty on other manufacturers slides.

These warranties do not cover normal wear and tear or damages resulting from misuse, abuse, altered or improperly installed equipment. All outdoor wood Playcenters and products require maintenance. A wood stain/sealer (Woodlawn Safe Seal or equivalent) is applied on all wood at the factory and must be applied periodically thereafter. Lumber should be stored in a shaded area until assembly. Your child's safety is your responsibility. Please inspect this equipment on a regular basis for wear and safety. Woodlawn reserves the right to make changes in design and materials without notice. Woodlawn Playcenter swing sets assumes no responsibility for incidental or consequential damages, which may arise, from the purchase or use of our equipment. This warranty is expressly in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied.
