What is the Shipping Method?
Depending on the size of the product(s) you order, your shipment will arrive either by trucking company (common carrier). Some of the carriers we use are Old Dominion Freight Lines, Yellow Freight Lines, Roadway, Pjax, and Central Transport.

Special Information Regarding Shipments via Truck
Delivery is to a residential curbside. Please have a person or person's available to unload the freight truck. Your Wooden Swing set is shipping by truck (common carrier), we are going to need your help at the time of delivery. Shipping by truck is very expensive and we need your help. Please read the following guidelines for delivery of Wooden Swing sets.
1. Someone must be present to sign for delivery of the Wooden Swing set. The trucking company will not deliver the Wooden Swing Set without a signature.
2. Don't be alarmed if the boxes show wear and tear when they arrive.
This is normal. Your Wooden Swing set has been through a lot by the time they reach your home. Just because the carton is damaged, it doesn't mean that the Wooden Swing set has been damaged. If it looks like any of the contents are damaged or missing, then write this down on the delivery receipt before you sign it. Please inspect your slide before the delivery driver leaves.
3. Trucking companies usually call before attempting delivery.
They will schedule an appointment to delivery. The freight company will give you an apr. time frame (this is usually a four hour window) and date of delivery. Your phone number when you placed an order was given to the freight company. Your privacy is very important and we won't give it to anyone other than those responsible for handling your order. Freight Delivery is made during normal business hours, Monday - Friday. We're sorry, Saturday delivery is not possible.
4. Most drivers are very helpful.
If you are nice to them, they will often help unload the truck. However, their union contracts often do not require them to do this. Please be prepared to help unload your Wooden Swing Set from the truck when it arrives. If you need help, arrange for it in advance. Delivery is to a residential curbside only. You must have person(s) available to help unload the truck.
5. Please count the cartons before signing the freight delivery document.
Read the delivery receipt, and be sure that you receive every carton that was shipped. If any cartons are missing or appear to be damaged please write this information on the freight bill. Then, please sign the freight bill. Again, Please do not refuse delivery. If any parts are missing or damages they will be replaced. Freight delivery is very expensive and a difficult process.
6. Just a reminder all swing sets are final sales and are not returnable.
